Reiki Journey to Self |
Ancient restorative principles, intuitive wisdom, current day logic, and modern language are united into a unique, effective process that guide individuals on a gentle, insightful journey to reduce stress, reveal opportunities for enhancing wellness, and arouse life force energy to promotes healing. Participants are supported on their first journey with the guidance of a Master Reiki practitioner. And receive essential training and tools to conduct future wellness journeys on their own. Reiki Journey to Self is not aligned with any specific spiritual path or religion. It is up to the participant to apply their own knowledge, interpretations, and beliefs to the process. |

The Journey's Path Your journey begins in the Root, the base of your spine that is your attachment to Earth, and foundation for all wellness; Travels up to the Sacral region, your wellspring called Water; On to the Solar Plexus that fuels your Fire; Then to the Heart and Lungs, providers of Air; Next to the Mouth and Throat, emitters of Sound; Up to the Forehead, your place of Light; And to the top of your head, your regal Crown, that transforms inborn wisdom into Languaged Thoughts. |

* Some people tell me the Seven Region of Wellness are really CHAKRAS, but because I am Canadian rather than East Indian, I call them by their Canadian name. |
